How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday thru Friday will typically ship on that same day. Orders placed after 12 noon, Monday thru Friday will typically ship on the following day. After 12 noon on Fridays, orders are typically not processed or shipped until the following Monday. In some cases, orders may take a full 24 hrs to process and ship.
Which shipping provider do you use?
The US Postal Service is the preferred shipper for sayiwont.com. Priority Mail is our primary method of shipping which promises a 2-3 day domestic transit and a 3-7 day international transit once the package leaves our facility.
How long will it take my order to reach my ship to address?
With a typical, before noon order, most packages shipping within the contiguous United States will take as little as 1 day to reach your ship to address and as many as 4 days. If an item is on back-order, inadvertently out of stock, or there is an issue with your order, delays in processing may occur. Orders place after 12 noon during the work week will typically arrive at your ship to address within 5 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on domestic vs. international, the total weight of the order and the region/ zone being shipped to.
Why have I not received my order yet?
If a full 7 days have passed since your order, there may be an issue with your shipment. You can log into your account at sayiwont.com to track your order. If you do not have an account, you can email customer service at cus@sayiwont.com and we will track your order.

What if I entered the wrong address, or my package is undeliverable?
Packages that aren't claimed or that ship to a bad address are typically returned within 10-14 days. We cannot ship anything additional until the original shipment has been accounted for or additional payment has been made. In most cases, a trip to your local post office can help resolve the issue or obtain the package before it ships back to us.
