What is the fastest and best way to contact SAYiWON'T®?
An email to email@example.com is the best way to contact us with questions or concerns. We will attempt to connect with you as soon as we are available. Emails submitted to customer service are typically answered within the hour during normal business hours or the following business day.
What payment methods are accepted?
Our shopping cart accepts Visa, Master Card, and PayPal. If you choose to use PayPal as your payment gateway, Discover, AMX, and Pay by Check are also available.
Is Satisfaction Guaranteed?
SAYiWON'T© clothing serves its customers with high quality products that are both innovative and genuine. We use the highest quality material available and concentrate on fit, style, size, and the cut of our products. As we know the lifestyle of the active, fashion conscious individual, we understand the importance of comfort, style, and quality. That's why we are here for you and are happy to assist in placing your order, tracking your order, editing or making corrections, additions, or subtractions to your order - or whatever your needs may be. Simply put, we will work with you any way necessary to make sure your shopping experience meets all of your expectations. Check our products out for yourself and if you are not fully satisfied, return the undamaged, unworn (or defective) merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange or refund your item/s.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday thru Friday will typically ship on that same day. Orders placed after 12 noon, Monday thru Friday will typically ship on the following day. After 12 noon on Fridays, orders are typically not processed or shipped until the following Monday. In some cases, orders may take a full 24 hrs to process and ship.
Which shipping provider do you use?
The US Postal Service is the preferred shipper for sayiwont.com. Priority Mail is our primary method of shipping which promises a 2-3 day domestic transit and a 3-7 day international transit once the package leaves our facility.
How long will it take my order to reach my ship to address?
With a typical, before noon order, most packages shipping within the contiguous United States will take as little as 1 day to reach your ship to address and as many as 4 days. If an item is on back-order, inadvertently out of stock, or there is an issue with your order, delays in processing may occur. Orders place after 12 noon during the work week will typically arrive at your ship to address within 5 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on domestic vs. international and the total cost of the order. Sayiwont.com charges a flat rate based on those criteria starting at $5.95 domestic and $19.95 international.
Why have I not received my order yet?
If a full 7 days have passed since your order, there may be an issue with your shipment. You can log into your account at sayiwont.com to track your order. If you do not have an account, you can email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track your order.

What if I entered the wrong address, or my package is undeliverable?
Packages that aren't claimed or that ship to a bad address are typically returned within 10-14 days. We cannot ship anything additional until the original shipment has been accounted for or additional payment has been made. In most cases, a trip to your local post office can help resolve the issue or obtain the package before it ships back to us.
My order never went through, why was I "charged?"
When a transaction is declined for Address Verification Service (AVS), the transaction has still been approved by the card issuing bank. This means the requested funds have been placed on hold, thereby reducing the customer’s available credit/ bank account balance. This is not an actual charge to the credit/ check card and the card issuing bank releases funds back to the card after the authorization expires. More precisely, the card issuing bank approved the transaction putting a hold on the funds they approved. Our online card acceptance settings then declined the transaction because the most accurate billing zip code on file for the card used did not match the entry during the placement of the order. Our Merchant Service Provider's system sends a void request when our security settings decline the transaction. The card issuing bank retains the hold on the funds, usually for 3-7 days then makes them available to the customer again. Be advised, the card issuing bank retains the right to hold the funds for up to 30 days.
In short, the billing zip code entered when checking out did not match the billing zip code on file for the card used. The card issuing bank approved the funds, but our security system declined the transaction. So, it is up to the card issuing bank to release the funds back to the card, if they haven't already. It's a security feature for all involved.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We will gladly exchange or accept returned items. Products that are replaced will be replaced with products of equal or lessor value as those originally purchased. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, as well as your desired outcome. Refunds are permitted only when merchandise is accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and merchandise is unworn, undamaged, and received within 30 days of the original purchase. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all refunds. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges after the initial purchase. Exchanged items will have shipping charges covered by sayiwont.com on the subsequent shipment of the exchanged item/s. ALL SALES RACK SALES ARE FINAL. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED SALES ITEMS.

Sayiwont.com will only accept returns and / or exchanges on items purchased directly from SAYiWON'T® (mail order, phone, online). SAYiWON'T® products purchased through your local retailer must be exchanged or credited through that retailer (local retailer terms and policies may vary).
How do I know if the item I want is in stock?
If the item does not have an "Out of Stock" tag, then check the size drop down menu of the item in question. Only the sizes currently in stock will be available as an option in the size drop down.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be processed, authorized and captured immediately or denied immediately. There is always a 24hr period to void the transaction, but funds are always placed on hold once an authorize and capture has been confirmed.
I did not receive my order confirmation email, what should I do?
Make sure you entered the correct email address in your account. Whitelist sayiwont.com in your email settings. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your first and last name, billing address and approximate order time and date. We will follow up asap.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Your card was declined due to the following possible reasons:
use of gift card that doesn't match last 3 digits on back of card
- inaccurate card number entry
- inaccurate expiration date entry
- inaccurate entry of last 3 digits on back of card
- insufficient funds
- inaccurate address verification - inaccurate billing zip code
If you have tried your card multiple times and received a "duplicate transaction" message, the error message signifies that you have entered and tried the same card more than once and each time it has failed.

What if I received my order, but it's incomplete?
Incomplete orders are typically a result of a back order or items that ship from two different locations. If you feel there has been an error on our part, please feel free to email us at email@example.com with your first and last name, billing address and approximate order time. We will follow up asap.
Are there any easy ways to get discount coupon codes?
The easiest way to get a discount code is to join our newsletter or place an order. Once or twice a month newsletters are emailed out and typically include a sale opportunity.
